Equipment sessions are a combination of mat, reformer, trap table, barrel and wunda chair apparatus and run for 60 minutes. With a maximum of 4 clients the instructor is able to guide you through exercises that are best for your body, meaning you can attend any session with the confidence that you will receive not only a challenging workout, but one that is suited to your needs and goals.
Varied and fun
GROUP MAT
Explore Pilates using props and small equipment which add variety to your mat work. These 30 minute sessions are a great whole-body workout and with a maximum of 8 clients you will be well cared for.
We currently offer the following specialty sessions:
Pre-school Pilates – designed for children and caregivers to have fun and move together while developing gross motor skills, balance and body awareness.
Over 50’s sessions – increase strength and balance throughout the whole body while having fun.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training Sessions are one on one and run for 60 mintues. With undivided attention it is a fantastic way to ensure great form and function in your body throughout your movements. This will help you achieve your goals quicker than in a group equipment setting alone.
